MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Key Accounts Officer – Site Acquisition to drive the expansion of MR DIY through strategic site identification and acquisition. You will build strong relationships with clients and authorities, lead negotiations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliant, timely project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in site acquisition, site development, network expansion, or property/asset management.
• Strong analytical and research skills with experience using GIS systems.
• Effective negotiation skills and proven stakeholder relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of local real estate, land development, and zoning regulations preferred.
• Willingness to fieldwork and report to head office as needed.
