MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Key Accounts Officer – Site Acquisition to drive the expansion of MR DIY through strategic site identification and acquisition. You will build strong relationships with clients and authorities, lead negotiations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliant, timely project execution.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, GIS proficiency, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in site acquisition, site development, network expansion, or property/asset management.
• Strong analytical and research skills with experience using GIS systems.
• Effective negotiation skills and proven stakeholder relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of local real estate, land development, and zoning regulations preferred.
• Willingness to fieldwork and report to head office as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to meet expectations throughout site acquisition.
• Conduct detailed research to identify potential sites, evaluating viability based on client needs, market conditions, and regulatory considerations.
• Lead negotiations with property owners, local authorities, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and agreements.
• Collaborate with legal, engineering, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of site acquisition projects.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and market data to identify opportunities and guide strategy.
• Prepare and deliver reports on site acquisition progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure all site acquisition activities comply with local laws, regulations, and internal policies.
