The Key Account Salesman will be responsible for conducting daily sales routes using a motorcycle covering the territories within Baguio City.
This isn't just about \"selling\"—it’s about managing a territory and ensuring our products are the first thing customers see when they walk into a store.
Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for major clients, building long-term trust and rapport.
Sales Growth: Identify and execute upsell, cross-selling, and new product placement strategies within existing key accounts.
Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements while maximizing profitability for both the client and the company.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams like marketing, product development, and customer support to fulfill client needs.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on account health and market trends.
Education: Graduate of any Course.
Experience: With merchandising or proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or territory sales
Skills: Strong negotiation skills, basic math for order computations, and excellent communication.
Mobility: Must possess a valid Driver’s License (Restriction 1). Ownership of a motorcycle.
Grit: Willingness to perform field work daily, rain or shine, and the ability to meet physical demands.
