Ang JAKA Investments Corporation ay naghahanap ng motivated na Booking Salesman na may kapasidad na hawakan ang mga accounts, bumuo ng matibay na relasyon sa mga kliyente, at palakihin ang benta sa itinalagang area sa Legazpi, Albay. Mahalaga ang pagkakaroon ng dedikasyon sa fieldwork at maayos na pagbisita sa mga kliyente.

Mas mainam kung may sariling kotse o motorsiklo, ngunit pwede rin ang commuting kung handa sa fieldwork at regular na pagbisita.

Qualifications

• Malakas ang komunikasyon at kakayahang makipagnegosasyon.
• Karanasan sa fieldwork at pagpunta sa kliyente.
• Kakayahang bumuo at mag-maintain ng matibay na ugnayan sa mga account.

Responsibilities

• Pangasiwaan at panatilihing matatag ang relasyon sa customers at accounts.
• Regular na pagbisita sa mga kliyente at pagbibigay ng mahusay na customer service.
• Magpe-present at magpupromote ng mga produkto sa kasalukuyan at posibleng customer.
• Mag-ge-generate ng sales orders at mag-follow up sa mga customer requests.
• Isagawa ang mga sales strategies para maabot ang buwanang targets.
• Subaybayan ang movement ng produkto, imbentaryo, at pangangailangan ng customer.
• Identify ng mga bagong customer at oportunidad sa loob ng assigned area.
• Gumawa ng regular na sales reports at updates ng accounts.
• Makipag-coordinate sa internal teams tungkol sa orders, deliveries, payments, at concerns.
• Tiyaking maayos at napapanahong follow-up ng orders.

We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven Booking Salesman na kayang mag-handle ng accounts, mag-build ng strong client relationships, at mag-grow ng sales within the assigned area.

Mas preferred ang candidate na may sariling car or motorcycle, pero welcome din ang willing mag commute as long as willing mag-fieldwork, bumiyahe, at regular na mag-visit ng clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Mag-manage at mag-maintain ng strong relationships with customers and accounts.

• Regular na mag-visit ng clients and provide excellent customer service.

• Mag-present at mag-promote ng products sa existing and potential customers.

• Mag-generate ng sales orders at ensure proper follow-up sa customer requests.

• Mag-execute ng sales strategies para ma-hit ang monthly sales targets.

• Mag-monitor ng product movement, inventory, at customer needs.

• Mag-identify ng new customers and business opportunities within the assigned area.

• Gumawa ng regular sales reports and account updates.

• Makipag-coordinate sa internal teams regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and customer concerns.

• Ensure proper and timely follow-up of customer orders and concerns.

Qualifications

• Preferably may experience sa FMCG sales.

• Experience sa pagbebenta ng posporo/matches products is an advantage.

• May sariling car or motorcycle is preferred, pero hindi required.

• Kung may sariling car or motorcycle, required ang valid Professional Driver's License - Restriction 1, 2 / A-B.

• Kung walang sariling vehicle, willing dapat mag-commute for fieldwork and client visits.

• Willing mag-fieldwork at bumiyahe within the assigned area.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Marunong mag-build at mag-maintain ng good professional relationships with clients.

• Goal-driven, reliable, at kayang mag-work with minimal supervision.
