Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Sales Account Specialist to manage key customer accounts, support daily sales operations, coordinate with retail partners, and ensure effective execution of promotions.

You will work closely with internal teams and customers to strengthen relationships, improve product availability, and support the achievement of sales targets, traveling within the designated South Luzon area (Cavite and Laguna) as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Modern Trade, Key Accounts, or FMCG.
• Experience handling retail chains or modern trade accounts is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel for field work and customer visits.
• Willing to work on-site within designated sales area (South Luzon - Cavite and Laguna).

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts by maintaining strong relationships and providing day-to-day account support.
• Coordinate with customer head offices, retail stores, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, product availability, and sales execution.
• Monitor in-store product visibility, merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities to ensure proper implementation.
• Collect and analyze sales, inventory, and off-take data, then prepare reports to support business decisions and account performance.
• Assist in preparing trade claim documents, customer requirements, and other sales-related reports while ensuring accurate records.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns, improve account performance, and support the achievement of sales targets.
