Job summary

Suy Sing Commercial Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Field Accounts Specialist to drive regional sales, strengthen distributor relationships and expand product distribution across assigned accounts. This role focuses on meeting volume targets while maintaining service levels and account integrity.

As part of the MEY-Customer Business Development sub department, you will implement sales programs, monitor performance, and report on key metrics.

Responsibilities

• Sales – To consistently meet monthly, quarterly and annual volume objectives through effective implementation of sales process, channel/account strategies and trade programs.
• Distribution/Merchandising – To achieve objectives and execute processes and programs that optimizes product availability and exposure in the assigned accounts.
• Trade and Business Development – To exploit business opportunities by addressing trade/account issues, conducting business reviews and tapping into account-initiated programs that promote sales/brand/category exposure.
• Information System and Administrative Requirements – To utilize available sales data and account information to enhance understanding, analysis and building the business while ensuring that all records, reports and other administrative requirements expected are updated, accomplished properly and submitted on time.
• Sales Activity Management & Control – To develop, utilize and maintain a system to monitor and control account programs, distribution and merchandising activities to assigned accounts.
• Unsaleable Merchandise (B.O.\'s) – To ensure management of Trade BO returns within the company’s acceptable level through strict, consistent implementation of the BO policy across all accounts, and helping these accounts observe and comply with proper product handling storage practices to minimize BOs.
• Asset Management – To maintain, protect and fully utilise all company assets assigned.
• Trade Relations – To cultivate and maintain productive working relationships with key personnel of assigned accounts while observing proper decorum on the job to project and protect the good image of the company.
• Safety – To practice and develop safe and effective working habits.
• Self-advancement – To seek and take advantage of opportunities for self-improvement.
• Others – To perform other related duties assigned by management

Overall Purpose:

To ensure the consistent attainment of the assigned sales volume, distribution, merchandising and accounts receivable objectives by planning and executing activities/programs that are assigned to the sales group’s approved strategic/operating plans. These objectives must be achieved while operating within budgets and other performance parameters.

Area Coverage:

• CANDABA, STA. ANA, SAN LUIS, SAN SIMON, APALIT, MACABEBE, MINALIN, MASANTOL, SANTO TOMAS

Major Responsibilities:

• Sales – To consistently meet monthly, quarterly and annual volume objectives through effective implementation of sales process, channel/account strategies and trade programs.
