Qualifications

• Experience in sales and account management within consumer goods or retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales volume objectives via effective sales processes and channel/account strategies.
• Achieve objectives and optimize product availability and exposure in assigned accounts through distribution/merchandising.
• Exploit opportunities by addressing trade issues and conducting business reviews with key accounts.
• Use sales data and account information to enhance understanding and ensure timely reporting and administration.
• Develop and maintain systems to monitor account programs and merchandising activities.
• Manage trade BO returns and ensure proper product handling and storage practices.
• Maintain and utilize company assets assigned.
• Cultivate productive relationships with key personnel of assigned accounts.
• Practice safe working habits.
• Seek opportunities for self-improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
