Job summary

AP Cargo is seeking a results-driven Key Accounts Operations Manager to oversee key account operations, drive service excellence, and ensure revenue and profitability targets are achieved.

You will lead end-to-end operations for assigned accounts, build strong client relationships, monitor KPI/SLA, and collaborate with Planning and Operations to optimize cost-effective logistics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in key account management, logistics, transportation, or operations.
• Experience in team leadership, KPI/SLA management, cost analysis, and rate negotiation.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations of assigned key accounts and ensure KPI and SLA achievement
• Build strong client relationships and identify growth and business opportunities
• Set and monitor revenue targets, expenses, billing, collections, and account profitability
• Lead and coach supervisors and staff to achieve operational and service goals
• Support RFP/RFQ preparation, rate negotiations, and new account acquisition
• Manage key account projects and coordinate with Planning and Operations on cost-effective logistics solutions
• Prepare performance reports, business reviews, dashboards, and action plans
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
