About the role

AP Cargo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Accounts Executive - Specialist to manage and expand our business portfolio. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for corporate clients, balancing strategic sales growth with exceptional account management.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by proactively identifying expansion opportunities and monitoring productivity within assigned market areas
• Serve as the dedicated account partner for corporate clients, ensuring strict adherence to contract terms, business agreements, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Manage daily client engagement by managing inquiries, organizing strategic account visits, and formulating competitive service proposals aligned with company tariff structures
• Facilitate the credit verification process by screening and processing corporate account applications to ensure commercial viability and compliant onboarding
• Partner with the Business Development and UCC teams to resolve client bottlenecks, deliver high-quality after-sales care, and support senior executives in high-value presentations

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field, backed by proven experience in corporate B2B sales or corporate account management
• Strong familiarity or prior exposure to the logistics and freight forwarding
• Proficient in computing pricing matrixes, understanding revenue data, and assessing basic commercial credit risk documentation
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with a track record of collaborating across business units to resolve complex client concerns
