Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical and business planning abilities with the capacity to interpret sales and account data.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office for sales reporting and analysis.
• Willingness to field work and travel to assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts and assigned retail partners.
• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to evaluate sales performance and opportunities.
• Conduct business analysis using sales, inventory, and account data to identify trends and gaps.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and stock replenishment across accounts.
• Ensure proper merchandising standards, product displays, pricing, and promotions.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends within accounts.
• Prepare sales forecasts and business plans based on performance and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account operations.
