Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/related field; undergraduates welcome.
• Experience handling modern trade accounts or major clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and planning skills for sales data.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office for reporting.
• Willing to conduct field work and travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and retail partners.
• Develop and execute sales plans to hit targets.
• Conduct business reviews to assess performance and opportunities.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and gaps.
• Monitor inventory, product availability, and stock replenishment.
• Ensure merchandising standards, pricing, and promotions.
