Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Key Account Management or strategic accounts.
• Experience in FMCG and Construction sales environments.
• Strong client retention, negotiation, and pipeline management.

To expand the Company's market presence and contribute to overall business growth through effective customer engagement and opportunity development To link between the Company and its clients, ensuring that customer requirements are properly understood, addressed, and translated into successful business outcomes. To support Management by providing valuable industry intelligence, fostering strategic partnerships, and promoting the Company's products and services in alignment with organizational objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated region.
• Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive business growth.
• Prepare and manage bid requirements, including attendance at pre-bid conferences and submission of necessary documents.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• EDUCATION: Graduate in any Bachelor’s Degree
• WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • Key Account Management: 1–2 years of experience handling high-value client relationships and strategic accounts.
  • Industry Focus: Specialized background in FMCG and Construction sales environments.
  • Core Competencies: Client retention, contract negotiation, portfolio growth, and pipeline management.
• SPECIAL QUALITIES/SKILLS REQUIRED:
