AYSN Group of Companies is seeking an Account Manager to oversee and grow key client relationships in the Home Appliances segment. The role focuses on retailer/distributor accounts, driving sales, negotiating contracts, and aligning execution with company goals.

The successful candidate will manage multiple accounts, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to maximize market share and ensure customer satisfaction. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in account management or sales.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, distribution models, and retail dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail, distribution, and e-commerce partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute account plans and promotional strategies to maximize sales and market share.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product teams to align sales initiatives and resolve client issues.
• Coordinate with after-sales service teams to ensure timely support for clients and customers.
• Provide regular reports on account performance, forecasts, and competitor activities.
