United Graphic Expression Corporation is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of major accounts while leading new business across industries beyond the current base. You will translate targets into quarterly plans and drive execution with cross-functional teams.

Own and manage a portfolio of UGEC's key existing accounts while leading new business development efforts across industries beyond UGEC's current customer base. Translate company-wide Existing Accounts and New Business targets into individual account plans and execute these plans on a quarterly basis.
Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of top-tier ("vital few") and mid-tier client accounts, taking ownership of the relationship end-to-end.
Develop and execute account-specific growth plans aligned with company-wide quarterly targets and business priorities.
Conduct regular business reviews with assigned key accounts and relevant internal stakeholders.
Monitor account performance against monthly and quarterly targets and report any significant variances.
Lead business development initiatives focused on new industries and verticals beyond UGEC's current customer base.
Develop new account opportunities across New, Institutional, and Government account types, as assigned.
Coordinate business development activities with Marketing Intelligence.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms in coordination with Marketing Intelligence's pricing and profitability guidelines.
Identify and proactively manage account risks, including potential churn and payment concerns.
Escalate significant account risks to Customer Experience and the VP, as needed.
Supervise and mentor assigned Key Account Officers.
Provide guidance and support to the team in managing client relationships, account growth, and business development activities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within packaging, printing, manufacturing, or FMCG.
Proven track record in managing high-value accounts and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in business development and new account acquisition is an advantage.
