United Graphic Expression Corporation is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of major accounts while leading new business across industries beyond the current base. You will translate targets into quarterly plans and drive execution with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes strategic account planning, relationship management, and leadership to mentor the account team and ensure revenue targets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
• Experience in packaging, printing, manufacturing, or FMCG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of key and mid-tier accounts end-to-end.
• Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with quarterly targets.
• Conduct regular business reviews with accounts and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor account performance against targets and report variances.
• Lead business development into new industries and verticals beyond current base.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with guidance from pricing guidelines.
• Supervise and mentor assigned Key Account Officers.
