Job summary

Much Prosperity Trading International is seeking a diligent Key Account Officer / Sales Representative to nurture major retail clients and drive growth. You will manage relations, advocate products, and coordinate promotions with store partners across Mindanao.

You will travel to assigned accounts, analyze sales data, and prepare forecasts while working with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to keep shelves stocked and displays compliant with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Graduated in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience with supermarkets, retail chains, or large clients is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Able to analyze sales data and trends.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Willing to travel and perform fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relations with key accounts and retail partners.
• Create and execute sales plans to hit monthly and yearly targets.
• Meet clients regularly to review sales, product movement, and opportunities.
• Study sales and account data to spot trends and improvements.
• Ensure products are in stock and replenished on time.
• Ensure displays, pricing, and promos meet standards.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, prices, and promotions.
• Prepare sales forecasts and plans based on performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
