MUCH PROSPERITY TRADING INT'L INC. is seeking a Key Accounts Officer (KAO) to manage and develop relationships with key accounts, review performance, ensure product availability, and implement sales promotions. The role involves coordinating with clients and internal teams to drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiating skills, plus analytical and planning abilities, with willingness to travel for field work and account visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• Experience handling modern trade accounts or major clients preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and sales reporting.
• Willing to conduct field work and travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and assigned retail partners.
• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to meet targets and business objectives.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to evaluate performance and opportunities.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and account data to identify trends and gaps.
• Monitor sales, inventory levels, product availability, and stock replenishment.
• Ensure merchandising standards, product displays, pricing, and promotions are properly implemented.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends within assigned accounts.
• Prepare sales forecasts and business plans based on performance and market data.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations.
