Job summary

Kalbe Ecossential International Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for an on-site role in Pasig to lead Modern Trade accounts and drive growth across supermarkets, chain stores, drugstores and general trade, requiring a 3+ years track record in sales management.

You will build and sustain strong client relationships, monitor sales performance, coordinate promotions and listings, ensure proper merchandising and pricing, manage stock replenishment, and prepare regular reports and reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any 4 year course.
• Minimum 3 years in sales management.
• Exposure in Modern Trade Management and FMCG.
• Experience handling supermarket, chain store, drugstore and general trade.
• Must have 4-wheel vehicle and willing to cover areas in GMA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with Modern Trade Accounts.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve targets.
• Coordinate with buyers and account reps on promotions, listings, and inventory.
• Develop account-specific strategies and programs.
• Ensure merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities in stores.
• Monitor stock and coordinate replenishment.
• Prepare sales reports and account updates.
• Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and marketing for account requirements.
• Conduct store visits and monitor competitor activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned Modern Trade Accounts.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of sales targetsCoordinate with buyers and account representatives regarding promotions, listings, and inventory concerns.
• Develop and implement account-specific strategies and programsEnsure proper execution of merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities in stores
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations
