Job summary

BETABRANDS CORP. in Metro Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Key Account Associate to support our Modern Trade sales team. You will manage backend processes, order encoding, records, and reporting to keep products moving onto retail shelves.

You will work in a hybrid setup based in Pasig, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring accurate PO processing and timely delivery receipts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or account management platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills for long-term client relationships.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Pasig and manage multiple priorities.
• Prior FMCG experience and admin or sales coordination experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a fast-growing health and wellness company looking for a detail-oriented Key Account Associate to support our Modern Trade sales team. As our business with major supermarkets and drugstores expands, we need someone to manage the backend processes.

While our Key Accounts Manager focuses on strategy and negotiations, you will administer the order processing, system administration, and paperwork that keeps our products moving seamlessly onto retail shelves.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support key clients by managing account communications, preparing reports, and ensuring that service delivery meets agreed expectations.

• Track account performance, address client inquiries, and maintain up-to-date project and contract documentation.

• Maintain and update CRM records.

• Receive and encode Purchase Orders (POs) accurately

• Generate weekly sales and inventory reports to identify low stock levels

• Coordinate with internal teams to track down Delivery Receipts (DRs), reconcile payment portals, and resolve trade deductions or bad order (BO) returns.

WHAT WE NEED

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field

• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or account management platforms) and strong organizational skills.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service capabilities for building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

• Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Pasig, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in documentation and reporting.

• Prior FMCG experience and handling administrative or sales coordination tasks for SM Supermarkets, SM Hypermarkets, or other Philippine supermarket chains is a plus.
