Job summary

BETABRANDS CORP. in Metro Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Key Account Associate to support our Modern Trade sales team. You will manage backend processes, order encoding, records, and reporting to keep products moving onto retail shelves.

You will work in a hybrid setup based in Pasig, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring accurate PO processing and timely delivery receipts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or account management platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills for long-term client relationships.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Pasig and manage multiple priorities.
• Prior FMCG experience and admin or sales coordination experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage account communications and prepare reports to ensure service delivery.
• Track account performance, address client inquiries, and maintain documentation.
• Maintain and update CRM records.
• Receive and encode Purchase Orders accurately.
• Generate weekly sales and inventory reports to identify low stock levels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track DRs, reconcile payments, and resolve trade deductions or BO returns.
