Job summary

Sumidenso Automotive Technologies Asia Corporation in Cabuyao, Laguna, is seeking a Kaizen/CI Engineer to drive process improvements, time and motion studies, and cost-benefit analyses in collaboration with production teams. The role focuses on planning, implementing, and monitoring initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce waste across manufacturing lines.

The position requires 2+ years in CI/Kaizen, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and deep knowledge of Time and Motion studies.

Qualifications

• BS Industrial Engineering graduate.
• 2+ years of work experience as Kaizen Engineer or CI engineer.
• Computer literate (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledgeable to expert in Time and Motion study.
• Knowledgeable to expert in Kaizen methodologies, Continuous Improvement, productivity improvement activities.
• Willing to be assigned in LISP 1, Cabuyao City, Laguna.

Responsibilities
