Responsibilities

• Analyze and identify opportunities to eliminate or reduce wasteful practices and optimize process performance.
• Evaluate current process metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with management to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with various teams to implement process changes and improvements.
• Review and update business procedures and documents based on project requirements.
• Develop standard procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure process sustainability.
• Complete planned and assigned projects and tasks within the required timelines.
• Facilitate the deployment of new and improved processes to achieve better results.
• Conduct audits to verify compliance with standard procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Prepare functional budgets and plans regularly and as required by management.
• Train and guide resources as required and necessary.
• Prepare project presentations for management as needed.
• Assist top management in evaluating project feasibility.
• Map out detailed methodologies and process requirements.
• Resolve technical concerns, including dashboard formulation, product and equipment-related issues, policy and guideline interpretation, and resource availability.
• Regularly monitor implemented solutions to ensure objectives and expected benefits are achieved.
• System Administration (e.g., POS, HRIS, and other systems):
• Set up and maintain technology systems, including access control, security, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Ensure regular monthly backups of all system data.
• Monitor system performance and elevate issues appropriately.
• Provide user education and support to ensure smooth business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
