We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our Company in a full-time capacity at our facility in Lipa City, Batangas. This is a strategic role within our engineering team, where you will be responsible for optimizing our operational processes, improving efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our logistics operations. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Analyze and evaluate current production and logistics processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
Design and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization
Conduct time and motion studies to establish realistic performance standards and benchmarks
Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflow diagrams
Collaborate with operations teams to implement new systems, procedures, and technologies that streamline logistics operations
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on operational efficiency metrics
Identify and recommend capital equipment investments and process automation opportunities
Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and develop corrective action plans
Lead continuous improvement projects and initiatives using lean or Six Sigma methodologies
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture
Support capacity planning and resource allocation decisions based on data-driven analysis
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
Fresh Graduate
Proficiency in process analysis, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies
Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management principles
Experience with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Familiarity with logistics operations, warehousing systems, or distribution center environments
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
Certified in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies (preferred)
Experience with simulation software or process mapping tools (preferred)
Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations in logistics and manufacturing (preferred)
