Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate current production and logistics processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish realistic performance standards and benchmarks.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflow diagrams.
• Collaborate with operations teams to implement new systems, procedures, and technologies that streamline logistics operations.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports on operational efficiency metrics.
• Identify and recommend capital equipment investments and process automation opportunities.
• Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and develop corrective action plans.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and initiatives using lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Experience with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

• Familiarity with logistics operations, warehousing systems, or distribution center environments

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels

• Certified in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies (preferred)

• Experience with simulation software or process mapping tools (preferred)

• Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations in logistics and manufacturing (preferred)
