Job summary

Virginia Food, Inc (VFI) is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our team at its Compostela, Cebu worksite. The role focuses on time and motion studies, cost analysis, and developing cost-control systems to improve processes.

The successful candidate will contribute to cost computation, inventory counts, and reporting, while maintaining accurate documentation and confidentiality. Fresh graduates with strong academics are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• Fresh graduates with good scholastic records and relevant OJT experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of time and motion studies, cost analysis, and related IE concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time and motion studies to support process and cost improvement.
• Develop and maintain management control systems for planning and cost analysis.
• Assist in cost computation and packaging requirements for promotional items.
• Prepare monthly Cost Control reports.
• Assist in inventory counts and maintain proper Cost Control documentation and records.
