Job summary

Inventory Exchange Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives within our manufacturing operations in Taguig. You will analyze processes, map workflows, and identify waste while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable gains.

You will help develop SOPs aligned with GMP standards, perform time studies, and monitor improvements. Travel to other units may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or related courses.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support and participate in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist in SOP development, documentation, and GMP-compliant implementation.
• Conduct time studies, work measurement, and process mapping to boost productivity.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to aid decision-making.
• Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, and management to implement improvements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor effectiveness of improvements and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Support audits, assessments, and continuous improvement across operations.
• Travel to other units/sites to support projects as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and opportunities for improvement

• Support and participate in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement projects

• Assist in the development, documentation, and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

• Conduct time studies, work measurement, and process mapping to improve productivity and efficiency

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to support decision-making and performance improvement

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, engineering, and management) to implement process improvements

• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to process improvement initiatives

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements and recommend corrective actions when necessary

• Support audits, assessments, and continuous improvement activities across manufacturing operations

• Travel to other business units or sites as required to support operational needs and improvement projects

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or other related courses

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.

• Preferably Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified

• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Kaizen applications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Able to adapt to different working conditions and assigned tasks

• Demonstrates good problem-solving and analytical skills

• Willing to travel to other business units as required
