Job summary

DMCI Homes, based in Metro Manila, seeks a Training Facilitator to empower the sales team through structured programs and hands-on sessions. You will review processes, design training modules, and deliver sessions for new and existing sellers, including Foundation Training and Project Rehash Sessions.

You will conduct industry research to support module development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain training records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• At least 1 year of teaching or training facilitation experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills required.

Responsibilities

• Review at least one business or sales process and propose improvements, including training programs and sales activities.
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing sellers, including Foundation Training and Project Rehash Sessions.
• Perform industry research to support training module development and enhance sales performance across teams.
• Propose and implement sales-related development programs to improve seller capabilities and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build multi-functional capabilities via cross-training initiatives.
• Communicate with brokers and sellers for industry updates and competitive scans.
• Support employee engagement and development initiatives and ensure completion of training programs.
• Maintain accurate training records and related documentation.
