Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting experience (internships count).
• Proficiency with month-end/year-end close processes and journal entries.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing including journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications.
• Prepare and reconcile balance sheet and P&L accounts; resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support accounts receivable/payable analysis and aging schedules.
• Build and maintain Excel-based reporting templates with live formulas and clean recalculation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and flag variances to seniors.
• Maintain records in cloud accounting systems (Xero, QuickBooks Online) with documentation.
