OptiHR Business Solutions Inc. is hiring on behalf of its client for a Junior Financial Analyst to support its Philippine Controllership team. This is an individual contributor role suited to an accounting professional with experience in financial reporting, general accounting, and month-end closing activities.
Perform end-to-end general accounting activities.
Prepare OIS reports and conduct variance analysis.
Complete account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Maintain accurate financial records and databases.
Assist in preparing draft financial statements and audit requirements.
Support month-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards and internal controls.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting and reporting matters.
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
CPA, CMA, or CFA qualification is preferred but not required.
At least 1–2 years of experience in financial reporting or general accounting.
Experience in financial statement preparation and the full accounting cycle.
Audit or logistics industry experience is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Philippine GAAP and PFRS.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Highly organized and able to work effectively under pressure.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Position Level: Supervisory, non-people manager
Work Arrangement: Full onsite
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week
Monthly Basic Salary: ₱35,000–₱40,000
