This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career accounting professional who wants hands‑on exposure to month‑end and year‑end book closing, financial reporting, and reconciliation work across a portfolio of international client accounts. You will work closely with senior analysts and account managers to help deliver accurate, timely financial reports and maintain clean, audit‑ready books.
Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and year‑end closing of books, including journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications.
Prepare and reconcile balance sheet and P & L accounts, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
Support accounts receivable and accounts payable analysis, including aging schedules and recurring reporting deliverables.
Build and maintain Excel‑based reporting templates with live formula links, consistent formatting, and clean, error‑free recalculation.
Perform bank and account reconciliations and flag variances to senior team members.
Maintain and update records in cloud accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks Online) with accuracy and proper supporting documentation.
Assist with the preparation of recurring client reports on a set schedule, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
Support internal audit and compliance requests by organizing and providing supporting documentation.
Collaborate with team members across time zones on shared workbooks and reporting packages.
Take on ad‑hoc analysis and administrative tasks as assigned by the account or team lead.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting (internships count).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP); comfort with large workbooks a plus.
