Job summary

Igloo is hiring a Junior Finance Executive in the Philippines to support the Finance team with daily financial transactions and accurate record-keeping. You will assist with month-end closing, maintain compliance with company policies and statutory requirements, and help prepare management reports.

The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; up to 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Experience with ERP or accounting software (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and record journal entries.
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monitor cash receipts and payments.
• Assist in petty cash and employee reimbursements.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare schedules and reports for management review.
• Support preparation of financial statements and management reports.
