Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in general accounting or financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of the full accounting cycle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Able to manage deadlines and collaborate with multiple teams.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasay City.

Responsibilities

• Support general accounting and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial and management reports.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with variance analysis and explain significant movements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Help prepare financial statements and audit requirements.
• Support compliance with Philippine accounting standards and internal controls.
