Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant in Metro Manila to support the month-end close, financial reporting, and variance analysis. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.

The ideal candidate has a CPA or is pursuing it, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, and experience with bank reconciliations, AR/AP, and end-to-end accounting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA certification or working towards CPA preferred.
• Solid experience in accounting and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Experience in end-to-end accounting and financial reporting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries in the general ledger.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial data and provide variance explanations.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare documentation for external audits.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed.
