Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting in a collaborative, dynamic office environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of accounting experience, with AP/AR/GL, inventory accounting, and ERP proficiency (NetSuite/Sage/Dynamics/SAP). Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential for accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience in a U.S. manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, or inventory-based business; costing is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience supporting audits and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Reconcile inventory and related accounts and assist with inventory adjustments and physical counts.
• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and account schedules.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support audit requests.
