Job summary

PowerSource Group in Metro Manila is seeking a Junior Sales Engineer to support sales and business development for electrical testing, maintenance, repair, commissioning, and engineering services. You will help build customer relationships, identify service opportunities, and coordinate with technical teams.

The role includes preparing quotations, conducting initial technical assessments, following up proposals, and maintaining an updated sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• REE preferred; fresh graduates may be considered.
• 0–2 years of experience in electrical sales or engineering services.
• Experience with switchgear, transformers, or substations is advantageous.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
