Huzzle is seeking a Junior Sales Development Representative for a fast-growing automotive tech client. You will handle inbound and outbound inquiries, qualify leads, and help build a high-performance sales pipeline in a fully remote, startup environment.

As an early member of the sales team, you will interact with car enthusiasts, conduct discovery calls, and drive growth through KPI-driven outreach, evenings/weekends CST hours, and a focus on results over tenure.

Qualifications

• Foundational automotive knowledge with basics of car maintenance and aftermarket mods.
• Excellent communication skills with a clear, professional speaking style.
• High level of English proficiency to build trust with a diverse client base.
• Willingness to work CST hours, including evenings and weekends.
• KPI-driven mindset with focus on closing ratios.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound outreach to prospective clients for maintenance, upgrades, and e-commerce products.
• Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs and match services offered.
• Nurture leads through the sales funnel with a focus on high closure rates.
• Engage with clients during peak after-work hours and weekends to maximize conversions.
• Maintain organized records of interactions in the CRM and track progress.
