*Office-based | Schedule: Dayshift | Monday - Friday (Saturday & Sunday Day Off)
Upload candidate profiles from various job portals into the CRM
Open new job positions in the system and ensure fields are complete and accurate
Assist in reviewing CVs and co-ordinating interview schedules for shortlisted candidates
Conduct call screenings when required
Send text message reminders to candidates for scheduled interviews
Record skills test results and candidate assessments in the system
Follow up on reference checks and monitor pending employment contracts
Call unresponsive candidates from the CRM to confirm interest or invite them to
interviews
Download HR files from the system and upload organised copies into our internal
folder/s
Update monitoring sheets and trackers stored into our internal folder/s
Handle employee referrals; acknowledge emails, respond to questions, and track progress
Contact candidates for additional interview requirements and co-ordinate scheduling
Manage the recruitment inbox, ensuring timely responses and organisation of inquiries
Perform ad hoc recruitment or admin tasks as needed to support the Recruitment team
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related course
Strong English communication skills; empathetic, clear, and professional
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable navigating recruitment platforms, email, spreadsheets, and digital tools
Proactive, coachable, and excited to learn new recruitment processes
Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow through without constant supervision
Approachable, people-oriented, and eager to build connections with candidates
A positive attitude & genuine interest in building great teams
