Job summary

Electrical Equipment & System Integration, Inc. (EESI) in Makati seeks a Quantity Surveyor to assist with cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and cost reporting for high-rise and large-scale developments.

You will monitor project costs and variations, evaluate quotations, and maintain precise cost records while collaborating with engineers and site teams. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong numerical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architecture/Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost control.
• Licensed or non-licensed applicants accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist in quantity take-offs and cost estimates based on plans and specifications.
• Help prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), budgets, and cost reports.
• Support monitoring of project costs, progress billings, and variations.
• Assist in evaluating contractor and supplier quotations.
• Maintain accurate cost records and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams on quantities and scope.
