Job summary

EESI Philippines is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor MEPFS (Tendering) to manage cost estimation, tender preparation, and budget control for major vertical and complex projects in Metro Manila. You will focus on MEPFS works across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and related systems.

Responsibilities include preparing tender estimates, reviewing subcontractor proposals, maintaining cost control, supporting procurement, and reporting to management and clients.

Qualifications

• Prepare tender estimates, bills of quantities and pricing for MEPFS works.
• Coordinate with design, engineering and project teams for accurate scope.
• Review subcontractor and supplier proposals, analyze costs and VE opportunities.
• Maintain cost control, monitor budgets and track variations during tender prep.
• Support procurement by preparing and evaluating bids from contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management and client approvals.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, industry standards and policies.
