Job summary

Qualifications

Graduate of BS Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years experience in the same capacity.
Evaluates and controls the project requirement in terms of the material order and job order and weekly and monthly billing of subcontractor.
Analyze and manage cost variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
Prepares and evaluates cost comparison of all material (finishes/consumables) and labor works.
Good oral & written communication skills; excellent negotiation & organizational skills.
