Job summary

Intogreat Solutions Philippines seeks a detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst (Process Improvement) for a hybrid role in Quezon City. You will map current processes, document procedures, and support automation and improvement initiatives across internal and external clients.

You’ll work as a bridge between stakeholders and the project team, gather requirements, design taxonomies and process maps, and help deliver value through disciplined process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college graduate.
• BS Industrial Engineering or Business Degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Excellent process mapping and procedure writing using Visio.
• Strong process documentation skills and Agile familiarity.
• Exposure to Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Experience with Jira, MS Planner and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Understand processes and create process maps and documentation.
• Design, update taxonomy, process maps and procedures for clients.
• Analyze business structure, SLAs, workflows and systems used.
• Identify pain points and suggest improvement opportunities.
• Provide analysis, recommendations to standardize processes.
• Act as bridge between stakeholders and project team.
• Gather requirements and oversee automation project delivery.
• Build test cases and support QA for new solutions.
• Support delivery and optimization managers in project pipelines.
