• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, or use cases
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Support testing activities, including creating test cases and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, track issues, and ensure timely resolution
