Job summary

Intogreat Solutions Philippines seeks a detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst (Process Improvement) for a hybrid role in Quezon City. You will map current processes, document procedures, and support automation and improvement initiatives across internal and external clients.

You’ll work as a bridge between stakeholders and the project team, gather requirements, design taxonomies and process maps, and help deliver value through disciplined process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college graduate.
• BS Industrial Engineering or Business Degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Excellent process mapping and procedure writing using Visio.
• Strong process documentation skills and Agile familiarity.
• Exposure to Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Experience with Jira, MS Planner and MS Project.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Junior Business Analyst to support business improvement initiatives and project execution. In this role, you will play a key part in understanding existing business processes, creating clear process maps and documentation, and ensuring smooth project delivery.

Understanding processes and creating process maps and documentation

• Understanding how the business processes works and
  its business requirements.
• Designing, creating, and updating Taxonomy, Process
  Maps and write Procedures for both Internal and
  External clients.
• Analyse structure and systems of a business. How the
  process works, SLAs, workflow and what systems they
  are using.
• Identify pain points of the process and suggest
  opportunities on how the business can improve their
  processes.
• Provide analysis, opportunities and recommendation to
  help align or standardize different processes and
  procedures.
  

Execution of the project. Being the bridge between
the stakeholders and the project team

• Identify project scope and provide scoping and
  technical documentation.
• Gather technical development requirements and other
  requirements needed for automation development
• Oversee development and implementation of internal
  automation projects and other continuous improvement
  projects.
• Build test cases with developer and conduct internal
  testing with the newly developed solution.
• Help GM of Strategy & PMO in the delivery of strategic projects whenever BA is required.
• Provide quality control and support for the newly
  implemented project.
• Conducts workshops, roadshows and product demonstration to stakeholders.
• Assist Client Delivery & Optimization Manager in managing the pipeline of projects,and identifying process improvement opportunities for both internal and external clients.

Business Improvement Tasks

• Support Client Delivery & Optimization Manager in project delivery which includes creating estimates,
  benefits realization, establishing project baselines and target, scoping and planning, and project implementation.
• Identification of best practices, process bottlenecks and gaps.
• Execute tasks for different external clients. These may include doing email, admin, processing and QA tasks.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree/College Graduate
• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or Business Degree is highly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Business Analyst
• Must be excellent in doing process maps and procedure writing using Visio.
• Excellent process documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile type approach
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Experience in Project Management tools such as Jira, MS Planner and MS Project (Napkin AI or Draw IO)
• Amenable to work Once a week Onsite at Eastwood, Quezon City
