Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an IT PMO/Project Manager to support PMO initiatives and drive operational objectives. You will develop training plans, consolidate division reports, and ensure adherence to governance and quality standards.

The role requires experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3 years of IT PMO/Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing projects with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• IT project delivery experience as delivery manager or project manager.
• Strong knowledge of PM processes, governance, reporting, risk management, and resource planning.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with ITG departments and cross-functional teams to support PMO initiatives and objectives.
• Develop and monitor the division's training plan with timely completion and tracking of activities.
• Consolidate and present division reports, dashboards, and management presentations for decision making.
• Monitor compliance with quality standards, governance, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives with audit tracking and closure of actions.
• Track division activities, deliverables, and performance metrics to align with goals and timelines.
• Assist Department Head with administrative and resource management activities including budget monitoring and recruitment coordination.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify opportunities to improve project delivery, efficiency, and engagement.
• Support PMO standards, templates, tools, and best practices implementation and enhancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with IT Group (ITG) departments and cross-functional teams to support PMO initiatives and operational objectives.


• Develop, maintain, and monitor the division's training plan, ensuring timely completion and accurate tracking of training activities.


• Consolidate, analyze, and prepare division-level reports, dashboards, and management presentations to support decision-making.


• Monitor compliance with established quality standards, project governance, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives, including tracking audit findings and ensuring timely closure of action items.


• Track and monitor the division's key activities, deliverables, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals and project timelines.


• Support the Department Head in administrative and resource management activities, including budget monitoring, recruitment coordination, onboarding, seating arrangements, training compliance, and performance management processes.


• Collaborate with department and team leaders to identify opportunities for improving project delivery, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.


• Assist in the implementation and continuous enhancement of PMO standards, templates, tools, and best practices.


• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• IT project delivery (successfully delivered projects as a delivery manager or project manager)


• Strong knowledge of project management processes, governance, reporting, risk management, and resource planning.


• Experience with various project delivery frameworks, including Waterfall and Agile

• Presentation skills for engaging stakeholders at various levels (strong written and verbal communication skills)


• Preferred (not required): ITIL, PMP, or PMI certification
