Job summary

SM Engineering Design and Development Corp. seeks a PMO Monitoring Specialist in Metro Manila, Pasay. You will track progress, validate data, and conduct compliance checks to uphold PMO standards while preparing key reports and dashboards.

You will manage baselines, issue logs, and PMIS entries, identify risks, and present variance analyses to guide decision-making. Strong Excel/BI skills and PMP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferably with Engineering, Architecture, or Business background.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in project monitoring, scheduling, and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, MS Project, Primavera, or PMIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Track project progress against baselines (cost, schedule, quality).

Job description

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare weekly and monthly monitoring reports, dashboards, and stoplight status updates.
• Maintain centralized records of project baselines, updates, and issue logs.
• Update and publish project data into the Project Management Information System (PMIS).
• Write and update policies that are assigned under the PMO
• Identify risks and potential delays; escalate findings to PMO Manager.
• Gather catch-up plans and issue resolutions from project teams.
• Support corrective action planning and monitor implementation.

Resource & Budget Tracking

• Monitor resource loading and budget utilization in coordination with Cost Management and Controllership.
• Provide variance analyses (BAC, CPI, SPI, EAC, ETC) to support decision-making.

Site Validation

• Conduct site audits to validate reported progress and understand conditions vis‑à‑vis published plans.
