Job summary

TTC GROUP OF COMPANIES seeks a Junior Corporate Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support across corporate, commercial, regulatory, contract, employment, and real estate matters for the group and its subsidiaries.

You will deliver timely, practical legal advice, review contracts, monitor compliance, and assist governance initiatives while identifying risks early to protect the company’s interests. Strong drafting and research skills are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a J.D. or LL.B. from a recognized law school.
• Must have passed the Philippine Bar Examination and be an IBP member in good standing.
• Preferred: 1–3 years of corporate, commercial, or regulatory experience.
• Fresh Bar passers may be considered if they show strong research and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely legal advice to TTC Group and subsidiaries.
• Review and draft contracts and legal documents.
• Monitor and advise on regulatory compliance.
• Support corporate governance activities.
• Identify potential legal risks before disputes or financial exposure.
• Collaborate with Management, HR, Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, Operations, Real Estate, and other departments.
• Liaise with external lawyers, government agencies, regulators, and other stakeholders.

About the role

The Junior Corporate Legal Counsel provides legal support to the TTC Group of Companies and its subsidiaries in corporate, commercial, regulatory, contractual, employment, property, and general business matters. The position is responsible for protecting the legal interests of the Company by providing timely and practical legal advice, reviewing and drafting contracts and legal documents, monitoring compliance requirements, supporting corporate governance activities, and identifying potential legal risks before they develop into disputes or financial exposure.

About you

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized law school
• Must have passed the Philippine Bar Examination and be a member in good standing of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP)
• Preferred: 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate law, commercial law, contract drafting and review, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, litigation support, in-house legal work or law firm practice
• Fresh Bar passers may be considered if they demonstrate strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills
