• Handle and maintain corporate records, including Board Resolutions, Secretary’s Certificates, and corporate documents.
• Assist in business permits, licenses, and registrations with government agencies such as SEC, BIR, and LGUs.
• Monitor legal and regulatory requirements and ensure timely submissions.
• Provide legal support to management and different departments on business-related concerns.
• Assist in reviewing company policies and procedures for legal compliance.
