Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate legal matters, labor relations, and taxation
• Draft contracts, review legal compliance, and represent the company in legal proceedings
• Ensure company adherence to regulatory requirements and risk mitigation on corporate governance, business structure, and strategic decisions
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and corporate documents such as partnership, supplier, and confidentiality agreements
• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions
• Oversee corporate filings, regulatory submissions, and legal documentation
• Collaborate with senior management to address legal issues that may arise in day‑to‑day business operations
• Monitor and ensure compliance with corporate governance policies, procedures, and best practices
• Stay current with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards that may affect the business

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws; must be a member of the Philippine Bar
