Job summary

TTC GROUP OF COMPANIES seeks a Junior Corporate Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support across corporate, commercial, regulatory, contract, employment, and real estate matters for the group and its subsidiaries.

You will deliver timely, practical legal advice, review contracts, monitor compliance, and assist governance initiatives while identifying risks early to protect the company’s interests. Strong drafting and research skills are required.

Qualifications

Graduate with a J.D. or LL.B. from a recognized law school.
Must have passed the Philippine Bar Examination and be an IBP member in good standing.
Preferred: 1–3 years of corporate, commercial, or regulatory experience.
Fresh Bar passers may be considered if they show strong research and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

Provide timely legal advice to TTC Group and subsidiaries.
Review and draft contracts and legal documents.
Monitor and advise on regulatory compliance.
Support corporate governance activities.
Identify potential legal risks before disputes or financial exposure.
Collaborate with Management, HR, Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, Operations, Real Estate, and other departments.
Liaise with external lawyers, government agencies, regulators, and other stakeholders.
