Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; internship/OJT experience may be considered.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 0–1 year IT support or helpdesk experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of computer hardware and Windows OS; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts: IP addressing, DNS, connectivity issues.
• Ability to troubleshoot login/access, hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems such as Freshservice or Zendesk is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills; follow IT procedures and document incidents and resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, network, connectivity, login, and printer issues.
• Receive, troubleshoot, document, and resolve user concerns via ticketing system, email, or phone.
• Set up workstations, user accounts, and basic system configurations for end users.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
• Maintain complete ticket records with incidents, troubleshooting, and resolutions.
• Assist with IT asset inventory, tagging, monitoring, and updating equipment records.
• Perform routine IT maintenance and system checks to maintain operational efficiency.
