The role requires independent work as well as teamwork and a proactive approach to learning new technologies. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT, with 0–2 years of relevant experience and strong problem-solving and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose hardware/software faults.
• Assist users in resolving IT-related inquiries and ensure an efficient user experience.
• Document IT support interactions and maintain a knowledge base for common issues.
• Setup and configure new devices and peripherals as needed.
